NFL Programs

Graduate Trainee

National Foods Ltd (NFL) has in place a Graduate Trainee (GT) program, where graduates can put to practice their newly acquired Knowledge. Graduates go through a highly competitive selection process after which successful candidates join the company on the GT program for 18 months. Candidates have the opportunity to work with a pool of highly skilled teams and their rotational assignments are underpinned by a mentor-ship program to ensure that they have adequate support throughout their development stint.

Internships

The business also provides learners at college with internships in order for them to get hands on experiences in their fields of study. Students also get the fantastic opportunity to apply for the GT Program upon completion of their studies.

Apprenticeship

For those pursuing technical development, NFL is accredited by the Ministry of Higher & Tertiary Education to facilitate student learning through the apprenticeship program. Students are taken on-board and are taken through supervised learning exposures throughout their program.

Professional Development

NFL also offers various professional development programs for the experienced mid-career recruits. NFL ensures that development planning is at an individual level and continuous development is self-propelled. For entry level professional NFL offers programs such as the Training on Professional Practice (TOPP) for Accountants for instance, given that the Organisation is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountancy (ICAZ). Learners on this program have the opportunity of coaching from well experienced Chartered Accountants at NFL. NFL welcomes professionals from various backgrounds and ensures relevant development investments in its people.
